    AC Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance, direction of rotation

 

5. Function description 

5.1 Linux operating system, professional software, clear interface

5.2 Standard equipped with yellow, green and red indicating light. Yellow-in test, green-pass, red-fail.

5.3 Test the environment temperature in real time during the DC winding resistance test. And the

      resistance testing result will convert to the standard temperature value automatically.

5.4 Test time ≤6s

5.5 The left station and right station works alternatively.

5.6 The test item can be selected by the operator.

5.7 The light and voice alarm will be triggered if the stator fails the test.

5.8 Available selected motor model ≥1000.

5.9 The parameters range for each type of motor can be entered and saved. The inductance and

      resistance test has the function of setting and displaying the unbalanced degree.

5.10 Two options are available if the stator fails the test: “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If the stator

        fails the ending resistance test, the test will be stopped until testing all the other items.

5.11 The testing data can be exported via USB interface.
